Mark Howard (born June 8, 1964, Manchester, England) is a record producer, engineer, and mixer based in New Orleans, LA. He has worked with artists including Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, The Tragically Hip, Lucinda Williams, Willie Nelson, Marianne Faithfull, Emmylou Harris, U2, Peter Gabriel, R.E.M., Neil Young, Kaizers Orchestra and The Neville Brothers.
