Piano Masterclass: Dr. Liliia Oliinyk

Explore piano technique, performance, and musical expression with pianist and educator Dr. Liliia Oliinyk. Free and open to all ages.

Ukrainian-born pianist and educator Liliia Oliinyk brings more than twenty years of training and extensive experience as a soloist, collaborative pianist, and teacher to this free public masterclass.

Drawing on her work at Tulane University, Louisiana State University, NOCCA, and institutions throughout the New Orleans area, Liliia will offer practical guidance on piano technique, musical interpretation, healthy playing, performance preparation, muscle tension, and stage fright.

Free and open to all ages, the class welcomes pianists, students, educators, musicians, and anyone interested in the art of piano performance. Pianists who would like to participate should RSVP by emailing joshua@marignyoperahouse.org.
