The Light Set, a New Orleans-based chamber folk ensemble led by songwriter Lauren Oglesby, has enchanted audiences for years with their vocal harmonies and keen, insightful storytelling. “I Only See The Moon” is their first release since 2018’s acclaimed EP “Diving.” In this two song EP, The Light Set weaves a poignant harmonic and emotional world that is no less potent for being brief. In this performance, The Light Set will be joined by friends from other partner New Orleans-based ensembles, celebrating our vibrant New Orleans musical community.
